CCR Commercial Refrigeration is seeking an EH&S Specialist to lead and support environment, health and safety initiatives across Italy, with additional coverage for Spain, Portugal, and the Middle East.

You will ensure compliance with CCR and regulatory EH&S requirements, promote a zero-incident culture, conduct risk assessments, oversee contractor safety, and drive annual plans and training. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Competenze

Strong knowledge of Italian EH&S regulations (mandatory occupational health and safety qualification).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Analytical, results-driven, and able to prioritize effectively.

Mansioni

Implement and ensure compliance with all CCR and regulatory EH&S requirements with a focus on Italy and support Middle East, Spain and Portugal.
Promote a ZERO Incident culture and drive reporting of unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, near-misses and stop work events.
Conduct risk assessments and enforce control measures for field and facility hazards.
Ensure contractor compliance with EH&S standards.
Lead mandatory EH&S reporting (incident management, monthly reports, performance scorecards).
Execute and oversee EH&S Annual Plans, training, and performance targets.
Support global and regional EH&S strategies.
