Saipem Offshore Construction S.p.A. cerca un ASPP per supportare la SPP nella gestione dei rischi occupazionali e delle attività di prevenzione, conformemente al D.Lgs 81/2008.

Requisiti: diploma o laurea in Sicurezza sul Lavoro o ingegneria, 1–2 anni di esperienza APSP/HSE, buon uso Office. Contratto ibrido con retribuzione non inferiore a 38.000 € annui in regime home office.

Competenze

• Conoscenza normativa italiana in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro (D.Lgs. 81/2008).
• Buona padronanza degli strumenti Office e gestione della documentazione HSE.

Mansioni

• Supportare il RSPP identifiant e valutare i rischi legati a luoghi di lavoro e attività.
• Contribuire allo sviluppo e aggiornamento di valutazioni dei rischi, misure di prevenzione, procedure operative e piani di miglioramento.
• Monitorare la conformità alle norme italiane e alle politiche aziendali in ambito HSE e gestire audit interni.
• Effettuare ispezioni sul posto di lavoro e seguire azioni correttive e opportunità di miglioramento.
• Supportare la gestione di appaltatori e fornitori dal punto di vista HSE e coordinare la documentazione.

Saipem Offshore Construction (SOC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Saipem S.p.A.

SOC brings together all operational activities in Italy related to fabrication, technical services, maintenance, and logistics, providing essential support for the execution of offshore construction and offshore wind projects.

Purpose of the position: As ASPP (Addetto al Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione), you will join the Prevention and Protection Service (SPP) of Saipem Offshore Construction S.p.A. and support the RSPP in managing occupational health and safety risks and prevention activities in accordance with Italian legislation and Company requirements.

How can you support us?

support the RSPP in identifying occupational health and safety risk factors and in assessing risks associated with workplaces and work activities;

contribute to the development and updating of risk assessments, prevention and protection measures, operating procedures and improvement plans;

monitor compliance with applicable Italian occupational health and safety legislation, with particular reference to Legislative Decree 81/2008, as well as with Company policies and HSE Management System requirements;

carry out workplace inspections and support the follow-up of findings, corrective actions and improvement opportunities;

support the management of contractors and suppliers from an occupational health and safety perspective, including the review of relevant documentation and coordination requirements;

supports Projects in the fulfillment of the health and safety obligations;

contribute to the preparation of worker information and training programmes and support safety communication and awareness initiatives;

support the analysis of incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions, helping to identify causes and define preventive and corrective actions;

contribute to emergency preparedness, internal audits, periodic safety meetings and the maintenance of the occupational health and safety documentation managed by the SPP.

What are we looking for?

Education: Upper secondary school diploma or higher qualification. A bachelor's or master's degree in Occupational Safety, Prevention Sciences, Engineering or a related field will be considered an advantage.

Professional qualification: Possession of the education and training requirements applicable to ASPP pursuant to Article 32 of Legislative Decree 81/2008, appropriate to the risks associated with the role will be considered an advantage, as well as the possession of the certification as "Coordinatore per la Sicurezza in Fase di Progettazione ed Esecuzione dei Lavori" or any recognized international certification (e.g. NEBOSH Diploma).

Background: Previous experience of 1–2 years in the same or a similar ASPP/HSE role within industrial, construction or shipbuilding companies will be considered an advantage.

Technical/IT Knowledge: Sound knowledge of Italian occupational health and safety legislation, with particular reference to Legislative Decree 81/2008; good command of Microsoft Office applications and ability to manage HSE documentation and reporting.
