We are looking for a HRBP Intern with a strong passion for Human Resources.
The HR Business Partner Intern will support the Retail EMEA People Management Team across the full HR lifecycle of candidates and employees. A key focus of the role is ensuring the accurate maintenance of Oracle HR systems and supporting operational HR processes. The intern will collaborate closely with both the HRBP team and the Administrative team to ensure a seamless employee and candidate experience.
This internship offers exposure to core HR practices within an international and fast-paced environment, providing the opportunity to develop analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
Oracle HCM Data Entry & Management: Own the full employee lifecycle data entry within Oracle HCM (onboarding, transfers, salary reviews, promotions, offboarding, ...), ensuring maximum accuracy and timeliness.
Data Quality & Compliance: Perform regular audits on Oracle HCM databases to maintain clean data, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and ensure compliance with internal HR guidelines.
HR Lifecycle Administration: Coordinate and collect HR documentation (contracts, amendments, hiring documents) required to execute system updates and support the HRBP team.
Reporting & Analytics: Extract data from Oracle HCM to consolidate monthly HR reports, dashboards, and key retail metrics (turnover, headcount,...).
Recruitment Support: Provide ad-hoc operational support to the recruiting team, including posting job descriptions on internal and external platforms.
