• Support the HR Manager in Talent Acquisition activities, coordinating interviews and liaising with internal teams and external partners.
• Assist onboarding processes and administrative tasks for new hires.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities in compliance with Italian labor laws and internal HR procedures.
• Provide HR guidance to employees on routine inquiries.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to improve HR operations and processes.
• Participate in the design and implementation of HR initiatives.

Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with a passion for the Human Resources field! This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our HR team and contribute to various HR operations. Designed to equip you with essential skills, this hands-on experience will support the start of your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, you will play a crucial role in our team.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the HR Manager in the following activities:

• Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process by defining the company needs, coordinating interviews, and liaising with third parties (such as Talent Acquisition team, headhunters and eventually universities) to maintain a steady talent pipeline
• Onboarding Management: Oversee the onboarding process and handle administrative tasks for new hires to ensure a smooth and effective integration
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage employee lifecycle processes and changes while ensuring adherence to Italian labor laws and internal HR procedures
• HR Guidance: Offer advice and guidance to employees on a variety of HR-related issues
• Collaboration with Centers of Excellence: Work with Centers of Excellence to improve the efficiency and connectivity of the HR team across the company
• HR Initiatives: Actively participate in the implementation of HR initiatives

Knowledge And Skills

• Master's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• A smart, positive and humble attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information
• Strong communication skills in a fast-paced and international environment. You should be a fast learner with a keen eye for details, capable of handling urgent and critical processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships across teams at all organizational levels
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
