OPIS is seeking a motivated Training & Development Intern to support our HR team with employee training, onboarding, e-learning and development activities. This office-based role is at our HQ in Desio, Milan.

You will assist with training planning, record maintenance, onboarding, and e-learning platforms, with scope to transition to permanent employment within a growing international CRO.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree, preferably in HR, business, psychology, or a related field
• Native Italian and excellent English, both written and verbal
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Team-oriented, proactive and eager to learn

Mansioni

• Support the planning and coordination of internal and external training
• Maintain training records and update activities in our system
• Assist with onboarding and induction plans for new employees
• Managing employees’ remote working agreements
• Updating the company organizational chart
• Support corporate e-learning platforms and employee skills assessments
• Coordinate the collection and updating of employee CVs
• Assist with audits, inspections and HR documentation when required
