This research-forward role focuses on data-driven analysis, trend intelligence, and proactive strategies to improve employee experience. You will partner with Legal, Public Policy, Internal Communications, and Operations to design scalable programs and influence senior stakeholders. The position is full-time and involves global collaboration.

Competenze

• Experience in employee relations, labor relations, or employment law.
• Experience as HR specialist or HR generalist roles.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Employment Law, or related field.
