Amazon is hiring an HR Partner for our Fulfillment Center in Italy. You’ll support Team Leads and Area Managers on HR topics, manage employee cases, and ensure fair outcomes under local law.

You’ll also collaborate with Payroll, HR Shared Services, and High Volume Hiring to drive engagement and programs. Fluent Italian and English are required, with a university degree in HR or related fields or equivalent experience.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian and English (C1+).
• Bachelor's or master's in HR or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience or study in human resources is required or beneficial.

Mansioni

• Coach and support Team Leads and Area Managers on HR topics, acting as trusted advisor.
• Be point of contact for FC Associates, supporting HR needs and positive experience.
• Manage employee cases and investigations per local law, ensuring fair outcomes.
• Support workplace environment and employee engagement initiatives across the site.
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services, Payroll, and High Volume Hiring on processes.
