Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. seeks a Senior HR BusinessPartner to lead HR operations and enhance employee experience across sites.

You will partner with site leaders and General Managers to balance business needs with people priorities, driving strategic HR initiatives and risk mitigation. You will work onsite at Amazon facilities within the region, applying data-driven insights and strong judgment to foster engagement, culture, and organizational health while supporting a dynamic hourly

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• Knowledge of local labor law and HR practices.
• Experience as HR generalist with hourly workforce.
• Strong MS Office and HRIS competencies.
