Amazon's EXO organization seeks a HR Specialist to join as an individual contributor reporting to the Research, Strategy and Solutions Leader. You will assess data, workplace dynamics, and trends to identify risks and design scalable, proactive programs that improve the work environment.

This is a research-forward role requiring strong analytical skills, employee relations expertise, and the ability to influence leaders and work globally.

Competenze

• Experience in employee relations, labor relations, human relations or labor/employment law.
• Experience as an HR specialist, HR generalist (e.g., HR Business Partner or HR Partner), HR manager, or in HR program roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Program Management, Human Resources, Employment Law or a related field.
