I.D. Academy is looking for an HR Specialist to join our team in Rome. You will build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, conduct interviews by phone or in person, and provide HR guidance while supporting employee relations.

You will manage day-to-day HR operations, maintain HR documentation, track metrics, and ensure weekly quotas for calls and emails are met, while upholding HR policies.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience as HR Specialist.
• Experience in HR Administration.
• Experience in Recruiting.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. He should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. He should provide HR guidance, support employee relations, administer HR policies and processes. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
