La posizione richiede 3+ anni in C&B o HR Operations, SAP SuccessFactors, e fluente in inglese e italiano; offre salario tra €40.000 e €52.000 lordi all'anno, supporto relocation e contratto a tempo determinato di 12 mesi.

• Supportare i C&B e HR Operations durante l'integrazione aziendale.

HR Operations Specialist - Compensation & Benefits Focus (Multi-Country)

Location: Val di Sangro (Chieti) - Abruzzo, Italy

Contract Type: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (with flexibility for extension/continuation)

Work Mode: Hybrid / Smart Working (Up to 12 days/month)

About the Company: A leading international company experiencing strong global expansion. To support a key strategic phase of organizational transformation and growth at a global level, we are seeking an HR Operations Specialist with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits to work in direct alignment with international stakeholders.

In this role, you will actively contribute to a complex Legal Entity Merge (LEM) project, a high-impact professional opportunity allowing you to design HR processes and coordinate global cycles for Compensation, Performance Management, and Data Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively support the C&B and HR Operations workstreams through the corporate integration phase, contractual/remuneration harmonization, and the definition of scalable operational solutions;
• Manage the end-to-end performance evaluation cycle (from HRIS configuration to variable pay/MBO calculations);
• Drive salary review cycles, system setup, and advanced compensation data analytics.
• Develop reports and cost-of-labor analyses with a specific focus on compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive;
• Maintain daily relations with local and international HR teams and business stakeholders across foreign countries.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in C&B, HR Operations, or HR Generalist, with a proven track record of managing compensation, performance, salary review, and total reward cycles within multinational or multi-entity environments;
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and/or equivalent enterprise HRIS platforms;
• Fluency in both English and Italian (essential for daily interaction with global hubs).
• Strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and a proactive, positive attitude.

What We Offer:

• Salary Range: €40,000 - €52,000 gross annual salary (commensurate with experience).
• Hybrid / Smart Working: Flexible working arrangements balancing remote work and on-site presence.
• Relocation Support / Rent Contribution: For candidates residing outside the region, a monthly rent contribution/reimbursement is provided for the first 6 months.
