RADAR - Academy & Recruiting is seeking an HR Data & C&B Specialist to lead an international transformation project for a global manufacturing group. You will harmonize, digitalize, and scale global HR processes following a strategic corporate integration.

The role offers a high-visibility, hybrid work model (up to 12 smart working days per month) with salary between €40,000 and €52,000 gross per year, based on seniority. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Competenze

• 3 years in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, or HRIS within multinational, multi-country, or matrix organizations.
• Strong proficiency in SuccessFactors (or equivalent enterprise HRIS) and advanced Excel skills; Power BI is a plus.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Compensation & Performance Cycles: drive end-to-end configuration, rollout, tracking, and execution of global reward cycles and variable pay calculations across HRIS platforms.
• HR Analytics & EU Compliance: perform advanced data modeling to support pay equity strategies and ensure alignment with EU Pay Transparency Directive.
• Process Harmonization: partner with international HR stakeholders to streamline global HR operations.

Salary Range: €40,000 – €52,000 gross per annum (based on seniority)

For a leading global manufacturing group, we are seeking a C&B & HR Operations Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in harmonizing, digitalizing, and scaling global HR processes following a strategic corporate integration.

This is a high-visibility opportunity to leverage your analytical skills on a group-wide scale, working on cutting-edge compliance directives and global compensation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Compensation & Performance Cycles: Drive end-to-end configuration, rollout, tracking, and execution of global reward cycles and variable pay calculations across HRIS platforms
• HR Analytics & EU Compliance: Perform advanced data modeling to support pay equity strategies and ensure full alignment with the new EU Pay Transparency Directive
• Process Harmonization: Partner with international HR stakeholders and business leaders across multi-entity frameworks to streamline global HR operations

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 3 years in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, or HRIS within multinational, multi-country, or matrix organizations
• Tech Stack: High proficiency in SuccessFactors (or equivalent enterprise HRIS) and advanced Excel skills (data modeling, complex formulas). Experience with Power BI is a strong plus
• Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to turn complex HR datasets into clear, actionable, and scalable solutions
• Languages: Fluent in both Italian and English
