Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end payroll and HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and payroll-related compliance.
• Familiarity with time and attendance systems (Zucchetti) and HRIS like SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll cycle and data collection.
• Monitor attendance and timesheets via Zucchetti and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with payroll providers, Finance, and consultants for compliance and timely processing.
• Oversee employee benefits, pensions, and related payments.
• Prepare HR reports and payroll analyses for Managers.
• Ensure compliance with Italian labor law and administrative deadlines.
• Support employees with payroll, benefits, and onboarding guidance.
• Manage leaves, absences, and rehires in coordination with Managers.
• Maintain HR documentation and confidential records; support HR policies.
