Alstom in Bologna offers an HR stagiaire internship (3+3 months) within the Talent Management team and HR Business Partner. You will support talent development initiatives and recruiting activities for Staff Functions, while monitoring KPIs and aiding country-level recruitment plans.

You will be based in Bologna with occasional Smartworking days, contributing to employer branding and university relations to strengthen strategic recruitment efforts in an international setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Interest in organizational development topics and HR partnering.
• Ability to handle confidential HR information with integrity.

Mansioni

• Support talent development initiatives dedicated to specific communities.
• Support recruiting and selection activities for Staff Functions.
• Monitor KPIs for Talent Activities at Country Level.
• Assist deployment of People Management Cycle and other development processes.
