Job summary

Lincotek Group, headquartered in Parma, Italy, is seeking an HR Generalist for the Busano (TO) site to manage end-to-end personnel administration and partner with plant managers and COEs. The role reports to the Division Regional HR Manager and supports talent acquisition, onboarding, and labor relations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in HR Generalist roles, solid knowledge of Italian labor law, strong communication skills, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Law, Humanities, or related fields.
• At least 2 years as HR Generalist.
• Knowledge of Italian labor law and CCNL Metalmeccanico.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end personnel administration, coordinating with external payroll office.
• Support local industrial and labor union relations with plant managers and Regional HR Manager.
• Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding for operational, technical, and white-collar roles.
• Oversee performance management, training, and competency development per central policies.
• Provide daily HR advisory support on labor law, welfare, and company regulations.
• Implement COE guidelines locally, adapting to Bologna and Turin plants.
• Support change management during organizational transformations and HR digitization.
