SAN SONNEA is looking for a committed HR Generalist (m/f/d) to professionally support our employees across Recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration within the hospitality sector.

You will manage contracts, employee data, and payroll-related tasks, while driving employee development and employer branding initiatives. German, Italian and English are required, with a focus on discreet handling of confidential information.

Competenze

• Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Administration, Hospitality or a comparable field
• Initial professional experience in Human Resources, ideally within the hospitality industry
• Experience in Recruiting and HR administration is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital HR systems
• Very good command of German, Italian and English

Mansioni

• Manage the entire Recruiting process, including Recruiting software, job postings, applicant management and interviews
• Manage Onboarding and Offboarding processes and act as a central point of contact for our employees on HR-related matters
• Prepare and manage contracts, employment certificates, employee master data, onboarding documents and other HR documentation
• Support payroll preparation and manage the digital time and attendance system
• Plan and organise training sessions and support employee development
• Support Employer Branding activities, including Social Media, Recruiting platforms and collaboration with schools, agencies and other partners
• Organise and manage staff accommodation, workwear and employee benefits
• Plan and organise employee events
• Work closely with General Management and department heads on HR-related and organisational matters

To strengthen our Human Resources team, we are looking for a committed, empathetic and highly organised HR Generalist (m/f/d) who professionally supports our employees and actively contributes to a wide range of HR processes, from Recruiting and administration to Employer Branding and employee development.

YOUR TASKS:

• Manage the entire Recruiting process, including Recruiting software, job postings, applicant management and interviews
• Manage Onboarding and Offboarding processes and act as a central point of contact for our employees on HR-related matters

YOUR PROFILE:

• Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Administration, Hospitality or a comparable field
• Initial professional experience in Human Resources, ideally within the hospitality industry
• Experience in Recruiting and HR administration is an advantage
• Empathy, strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with and supporting employees
• Strong organisational skills and an independent, structured and reliable working style
• Discretion, a strong sense of responsibility and professional handling of confidential information
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital HR systems
• Very good command of German, Italian and English
