SAN SONNEA Lodge in the Dolomites seeks an experienced, dedicated professional to support the General Management in a luxury hospitality setting. You will coordinate cross-department tasks, manage operations, and contribute to quality standards.

The role requires excellent organisational skills, discretion, and strong communication in English, German, and Italian. A full-time position with staff accommodation and meals is offered, along with training and career development.

To support the General Manager of our SAN SONNEA Lodge, we are looking for an experienced, dedicated and solution-oriented professional with excellent organisational skills and a strong passion for hospitality.

Your Tasks

• Support the General Management with organisational, operational and administrative tasks
• Act as a key liaison between General Management, department heads, guests and external partners
• Contribute to strategic and conceptual projects as well as the implementation of quality standards
• Prepare reports, statistics, meeting minutes and presentations
• Support the planning and coordination of meetings, training sessions and internal events
• Monitor and manage guest feedback, online reputation and quality management tools
• Take responsibility for selected tasks in controlling and purchasing, depending on experience
• Be actively involved in daily operations and coordinate cross-departmental tasks and projects

Your Profile

• Professional experience in a comparable position within upscale or luxury hospitality
• Excellent organisational skills, a structured working style and a hands-on mentality
• Friendly and professional manner with excellent communication skills
• High level of discretion, loyalty and responsibility
• Confident use of common office software and hotel management systems
• Team player with initiative, strong problem-solving skills and an exceptional service mindset
• Very good command of English, German and Italian
