Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences Italy at Arbatax Park Resort & Spa seeks an HR Manager to lead the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment through development to offboarding, in collaboration with resort leadership.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with Italian labour law, advise managers on HR topics, manage contracts and documentation, and drive HR initiatives to boost engagement and retention, leveraging Italian and English language skills; German is a plus.

Competenze

• Italian labour law knowledge is required.
• Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
• Several years of generalist HR experience, ideally in hospitality or international environment.
• German is an advantage but not required.

HR Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the entire employee life cycle – from recruiting and onboarding to development and off‑boarding
• Advising and supporting managers in all HR‑related topics
• Ensuring professional HR processes and standards across the resort
• Preparation and administration of employment contracts and all HR‑related documentation
• Ensuring full compliance with Italian labour law and internal policies
• Managing and driving recruiting activities in close cooperation with the departments
• Developing and implementing HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, development and retention
• Acting as a trusted contact person for employees regarding all HR‑related matters
• Collaborating with external partners (e.g. authorities, payroll providers, consultants)
• Supporting HR controlling, reporting and administrative processes

Your Profile

• Degree or diploma in HR, business administration or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in hospitality or an international environment
• Strong knowledge of Italian labour law (mandatory)
• Fluency in Italian and English (both mandatory)
• German is an advantage
• Structured, independent and solution‑oriented working style
• High level of social competence, discretion and professionalism
• Hands‑on mentality with the ability to work both strategically and operationally
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage administrative HR tasks (e.g. contracts, documentation) efficiently and accurately
• Strong personality with the ambition to take HR within the resort to the next level

For this position a monthly net salary of Euro 1800 – 2000 is budgeted, depending on your experience and expertise.
