Michael Page International Italia S.r.l. cerca una figura di HR Director per definire e guidare la strategia HR a livello internazionale nel settore Hospitality, assicurando l’allineamento con gli obiettivi di business.

La risorsa coordinerà il reclutamento, le relazioni con i dipendenti e i sistemi di valutazione delle prestazioni, promuovendo un ambiente di lavoro positivo nel rispetto delle leggi italiane. Laurea rilevante e comprovata leadership richieste.

Competenze

• Laurea in HR o amministrazione aziendale o equivalente.
• Conoscenza approfondita di sistemi HR, leggi e pratiche italiane.
• Esperienza nello sviluppo e implementazione di strategie HR.
• Esperienza in recruitment, gestione delle performance e relazioni con i dipendenti.
• Ottime capacità di leadership e organizzazione.

• Supervisionare i processi di recruitment per attrarre e trattenere talenti.

Competenze ed esperienza

A successful HR Director should have:

• Educational qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, labour laws, and practices in Italy.
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies.
• Experience in managing recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills.

Completa l'offerta

• Competitive annual salary between €70,000 and €75,000.
• Meal allowance of €10 per day.
• Permanent employment.
