Dolce & Gabbana S.r.l. in Milan is seeking a Group Financial Office – Planning & Control professional to support Retail Europe controlling.

You will collaborate with finance and business stakeholders and report to the Casa & E-commerce Planning & Control Manager. The role requires a Master’s degree and up to 2 years in Controlling, with strong Excel and knowledge of SAP/Tagetik; fluent English is essential.

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
• Up to 2 years of experience in Controlling or Management Control roles, preferably within Fashion & Luxury.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and management control processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP and Tagetik.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Preparation and analysis of monthly management closings.
• Development of periodic budgets and forecasts, ensuring consistency with business objectives and company guidelines.
• Analysis of variances between actual results and budget/forecast figures, identifying key drivers and business implications.

Job Description

The selected candidate will join the Group Financial Office – Planning & Control Division and will support the controlling activities related to the Retail Europe business perimeter, working closely with both finance and business stakeholders. The candidate will report directly to our Casa & E-commerce Planning & Control Manager

Main Activities and Responsibilities

• Preparation and analysis of monthly management closings;

Contract Type: Apprenticeship or Permanent Contract

Working Hours: Full-time

Salary: Remuneration will start from €29.000 gross annual salary, depending on the experience, skills, and level of autonomy assessed during the selection process, in accordance with objective company criteria consistent with the organization, such as: (i) professional experience gained in similar roles or sectors; (ii) technical and specialist skills relevant to the role; (iii) demonstrated level of autonomy and responsibility; (iv) classification under the relevant National Collective Labour Agreement; and (v) consistency with internal pay equity parameters for comparable positions.
