Jefferson Wells Italia is seeking an HR Business Partner for a well-established manufacturing company in the Gorizia area. You will develop, implement, and coordinate HR policies covering employment, labor relations, compensation, recruiting, benefits, and training.

You will support managers, partner with Corporate HR on reporting and planning, manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance and cost control.

Competenze

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role, ideally international.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, results-driven.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Mansioni

For our client, a well-established manufacturing company, we are looking for a:

HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Reporting to the Director Human Resources, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for all aspects of HR – developing, implementing, and coordinating policies and procedures covering employment, labor relations, compensation, recruiting, benefits, employee services, development, and training.

Principle Job Responsabilities:

• Support managers at all levels on staffing decisions, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR-related activities
• Partner with Corporate HR on reporting, headcount planning, salary review, and performance management processes
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and hiring, coordinating with external partners (agencies, recruiters, headhunters)
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, and terminations
• Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and procedures in line with Group guidelines
• Manage union relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements
• Lead compensation and benefits processes, including annual salary reviews and promotional increases, ensuring cost control
• Ensure effective workforce planning by maintaining a stable and qualified workforce aligned with business needs
• Drive performance management, training, and organizational development initiatives, including annual training plans and retention programs
• Monitor key HR metrics (turnover, training costs, exit interviews) and support audits, employer branding, and organizational changes

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in a HR Generalist or HR Bsuness Partner role, ideally in an international environment
• Communication and collaboration skills, with a results-driven and business-oriented mindset.
• Availability for occasional business travel

Workplace: Province of Gorizia

Annual Gross Salary: Between 60.000 and 70.000 euros
