EssilorLuxottica is seeking a motivated HRBP intern to join our Operations HQ in Agordo (BL), Italy. You will support the HR manager in daily activities and learn to operate independently.

You will handle HR analytics, recruiting and training for blue-collar roles, CV screening, scheduling training, and partnering with Plant Business Leaders to shape the organization. No prior heavy experience required.

Your role

We are looking for a motivated, curious and enterprising candidate to join us at our Operations HQ in Agordo (BL, Italy). As HRBP intern you will experience what means to support the HR manager in is daily activities in order to learn and became independent.

Main Responsibilities

• Partnership with Plant Business Leaders to guide and develop their organization.

Salary Package

• 900 Eur Gross per month
• Access to free canteen
