Berluti, the LVMH menswear maison, seeks an HR Administration & Payroll Manager in Ferrara to oversee HR administration, payroll operations, budgeting, and cost control. You will guarantee data integrity, compliance, and timely payroll processing with the external provider.

The role also focuses on HRIS utilization and analytical reporting. Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in HR administration with payroll expertise, fluency in Italian and English, and knowledge of Zucchetti or SuccessFactors.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics or equivalent experience.
• Experience in payroll and budget management.
• Knowledge of payroll topics, benefits, and labor laws.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality.

Mansioni

• Oversee HR administration and payroll operations.
