Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking an HR Administration Intern for our Pederobba plant. You will gain hands-on experience supporting HR processes, payroll data, and employee records in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

You will work with HR professionals, handling confidential information, and developing skills in labor regulations, SAP HCM, and data management. Fluency in Italian and good English are required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Economics, HR, Business Administration, Law or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM is a plus.
• Fluent in Italian with good English.
• 0–1 years of experience in HR.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR administration activities and maintain employee data.
• Assist time and attendance management, absences and overtime.
• Help verify payroll data and ensure alignment with procedures.
• Assist with social security, pension funds and benefits administration.
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure policy compliance.
• Update HR data in systems, including SAP HCM.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth daily operations.

Your role

We are looking for a motivated, curious and detail-oriented candidate to join our Human Resources team at our Pederobba plant.

As an HR Administration Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in personnel administration processes, supporting the HR team in daily activities and developing your knowledge of HR operations, payroll processes and labor regulations.

You will work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, collaborating with HR professionals and gaining valuable insights into the administrative management of employees.

Main responsibilities:

• Support daily HR administration activities, ensuring accurate management and updating of employee data and documentation.
• Assist in time and attendance management processes, including monitoring absences, leaves, holidays and overtime.
• Support the preparation and verification of payroll-related data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal procedures.
• Assist in administrative activities related to social security, pension funds and employee benefits.
• Support the HR team in managing personnel documentation and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
• Help maintain and update HR data within company systems, including SAP HCM.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth and efficient daily HR administrative operations.

Main requirements:

• You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related fields.
• You have strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• You have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM is considered a plus.
• You have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are proactive, eager to learn and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• You are fluent in Italian and have a good knowledge of English.
• You have 0–1 years of experience and are motivated to develop your career in Human Resources.
