EssilorLuxottica is seeking a motivated HRBP intern to support the HR manager in daily activities, learn, and grow independently.

You will assist in HR analytics, recruiting and training for blue-collar staff, CV screening, scheduling trainings, and partnering with Plant Business Leaders to shape organizational capability.

This internship offers exposure to a global leader, access to Leonardo learning platform, flexible conditions, health insurance, and employee benefits.

Competenze

• 0–1 years of experience in HR or related field
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Your role

We are looking for a motivated, curious and enterprising candidate to join us.

As HRBP intern you will experience what means to support the HR manager in is daily activities in order to learn and became independent.

Main responsibilities:

• HR Analytics;
• Recruiting and training activities for blu collar according to plant needs;
• CV Screening and keeping relationship with work agency
• Scheduling of training activities for blu collar;
• Partnership with Plant Business Leaders to guide and develop their organization.
