Four Seasons Hotel Firenze cerca un Concierge appassionato e orientato al servizio per creare esperienze memorabili per gli ospiti, sfruttando la conoscenza locale di Firenze e una forte attenzione ai dettagli. Sarai parte di un team dedicato all'eccellenza, collaborando con Front Desk e Guest Services per rispondere a richieste quotidiane e personalizzate.

La posizione prevede un contratto full-time, livello CCNL Turismo, con salario lordo annuale iniziale conforme agli standard e possibilità

Qualifications

• Un minimo di un anno di esperienza come Concierge e/o Front Desk in hospitality di lusso.
• Eccellenti capacità interpersonali, personalità estroversa e approccio orientato al servizio.

Responsabilités

• Garantire un servizio eccezionale in tutte le interazioni con gli ospiti con la massima professionalità, cortesia e ospitalità.
• Assistere gli ospiti con richieste su servizi dell'hotel, orari, eventi in-house, trasporti, orientamenti e attrazioni locali.
• Anticipare le esigenze degli ospiti e offrire raccomandazioni personalizzate basate sulla conoscenza di Firenze e dintorni.
• Rianalizzare lamentele o problemi con prontezza e professionalità, escalando quando necessario.
• Gestire pacchi in ingresso e in uscita, messaggi, posta e corrispondenza.
• Mantenere aggiornate le informazioni su ristoranti, musei, siti culturali, trasporti e eventi locali.
• Costruire relazioni con partner e fornitori per facilitare prenotazioni ed esperienze esclusive.
• Utilizzare i sistemi dell'hotel per registrare preferenze, richieste speciali e dati di fatturazione.
• Gestire chiamate interne ed esterne e fornire supporto in assenza dello Switchboard.
• Collaborare con Front Desk e Guest Services per supportare i picchi di attività.
• Supportare le operazioni di reparto e svolgere ulteriori compiti assegnati dalla direzione.

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking a passionate and service-driven Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will play a key role in creating exceptional and memorable experiences for our guests. Leveraging your local knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to personalized service, you will assist guests with everything from everyday requests to unique and extraordinary experiences, ensuring their stay in Florence is truly unforgettable.

What you will do

• Deliver exceptional service by handling all guest interactions with the highest level of professionalism, courtesy, and hospitality.
• Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, operating hours, in-house events, transportation, directions, and local attractions.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations based on your knowledge of Florence and surrounding areas.
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating matters to management when necessary.
• Process incoming and outgoing packages, messages, mail, and other correspondence accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date information and collateral relating to restaurants, museums, cultural sites, transportation options, and local events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and vendors to facilitate reservations, ticketing, and exclusive experiences for guests.
• Utilize hotel systems and software to accurately record guest preferences, special requests, and billing information.
• Handle internal and external telephone calls and provide support in the absence of the Switchboard Operator.
• Collaborate closely with the Front Desk and Guest Services teams, providing assistance during peak periods when required.
• Support departmental operations and perform additional duties as assigned by the management team.

What you bring

• A minimum of one year experience as Concierge and/or Front Desk experience in luxury hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
• Attention to detail, the ability to multi task and good problem solving skills are required.
• Previous knowledge of the city of Florence is preferred.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language. A third language is a plus.

Schedule & Hours:

Fixed-term and full time contract.

The position is at the C1 level of the Tourism Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), with a starting gross annual salary aligned with the contract's minimum standards and opportunities for growth based on experience.
