Job summary

Travelzoo in Milan seeks a Sales Manager [Hotels] to accelerate growth in Italy. You will manage the current Italian hotel client portfolios and generate new business through direct sales, cold calling and consultative selling of Travelzoo's online distribution solutions.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, Hotels, you will build strategic territory plans, close deals, develop premium hotel relationships, track activity in Salesforce and represent Travelzoo at client meetings and industry events

Qualifications

• Degree educated or equivalent experience.
• Experience negotiating strong offers in the hotel sector is a plus.
• Solid planning and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and close deals for Travelzoo members.
• Consultatively sell Travelzoo online distribution solutions.
• Develop relationships with premium hotels and hotel chains in Italy.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals through account development and new business.
• Collaborate with Europe and North America teams to maximise opportunities.
• Track sales activity through the funnel in Salesforce.
• Represent Travelzoo at client meetings and events.
