Meininger Hotels is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage a diverse team in Italy. You will coordinate with Berlin HQ departments such as HR, Finance and Revenue Management while shaping staffing, budget planning and performance metrics.

The role requires proven hospitality leadership, strong communication in Italian and English, and a willingness to travel occasionally.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality.
• Work experience in Italy is a plus.
• Leadership with diverse teams.
• Understanding of KPIs, budgeting, and operational performance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and front office systems (Sihot, Fidelio).
• Excellent Italian and English communication; other languages a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee hotel operations and staff scheduling.
• Lead and develop the team including Assistant Managers and reception staff.
• Collaborate with HQ (HR, Finance, Revenue) for strategy and reporting.
• Ensure health, safety, and service standards are met.
• Set and communicate long- and mid-term team goals and provide feedback.
