MEININGER Roma Termini is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead all hotel operations in Rome, recruit and develop staff, and collaborate with our Berlin HQ in HR, Finance and Revenue Management. You will inspire a diverse team of assistants, shift leads, and front desk staff, ensuring guest satisfaction through optimal scheduling while maintaining health and safety standards.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in hospitality
• Experience in Italy is a plus
• Inspirational leadership and ability to motivate a diverse team

• Proficient in MS Office and front office systems (Sihot, Fidelio)
