MEININGER Milano Lambrate is offering a Hotel Management Trainee (F/M/D) position as part of the MEININGER Management Trainee Program, a 12–18 month, full-time opportunity providing a multifaceted insight into hotel operations within a growing international hotel chain.

You'll rotate across Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping and Back Office, undertake management assignments across Italy, and receive career coaching and development feedback to prepare you for supervisory roles.

Competenze

• Professional education plus 1-2 years of hospitality experience.
• Passion for hospitality and motivation to develop a career in the industry.
• Leadership potential and aspiration to become a manager at MEININGER.
• Curiosity and ability to quickly acquire new skills.
• Strong written and spoken English and Italian; other languages are an advantage.

Hotel Management Trainee (F/M/D) in MEININGER Milano Lambrate, Full-time.

MEININGER Management Trainee Program offers you a multifaceted insight into hotel operations of a growing, international hotel chain and is a fast-track development opportunity for you to grow into a supervisory or management role upon successful completion of the program. The Program

• Duration: 12 - 18 months
• Comprehensive development program incl. core modules Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Back Office, Management Assignments across Italy
• Exciting and challenging projects to implement systems and improve processes
• Career coaching, performance & development feedback to support you on your career path

Your Profile

• Professional education plus 1-2 years of experience in hospitality with an excellent track record of performance
• Passion for hospitality and strong motivation to develop a career in the industry
• Potential for leadership and aspiration to create an impact as a manager at MEININGER
• Curiosity and ability to quickly acquire new skills and competencies
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure or in situations of uncertainty
• Strong focus on results and understanding of the business
• Excellent communication skills
• Cultural savvy and international mindset
• You have very good written and spoken English and Italian skills, other languages are an advantage
• Flexibility and willingness to travel throughout the traineeship assignments to various MEININGER locations
• Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of hotel booking software is an advantage
