MEININGER Hotels Group is seeking a Hotel Management Trainee for Milano Lambrate. The program spans 12–18 months across core hotel operations with assignments across Italy and structured coaching to prepare for supervisory roles.

Applicants should have hospitality education plus 1–2 years of experience, strong communication in English and Italian, and a drive to lead. Travel across locations is expected, with MS Office and hotel software skills valued.
