YellowSquare Florence is seeking a Community & Events Coordinator to design and run weekly events, engage international guests, and promote activities across social channels. You will host nights, manage relationships with performers, and coordinate multiple departments to deliver memorable experiences.

The role calls for hands‑on energy, strong interpersonal skills, and fluency in Italian and English, with evenings/weekends expected. A young, international team and growth opportunities await.

Competenze

• Experience in organizing events, activities, or communities.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Hands-on, energetic, and proactive.
• Comfort talking to people from all over the world.
• Familiarity with social media and digital tools.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and plan weekly events and activities for YellowSquare Florence.
• Brainstorm new creative, social, and cultural activities for international guests.
• Manage the promotion of events on social media channels.
• Propose and organize nights with bands, DJs, stand‑up comedy, workshops, games, and much more.
• Manage artistic and financial relationships with performers and suppliers.
• Supervise the execution of events by coordinating the involved departments.
• Build positive relationships with guests and partners to ensure memorable experiences.
