The Social Hub in Firenze seeks a Membership Programme Coordinator to design and deliver event and partnership programmes for our members, from briefing to breakdown. You will coordinate internal teams, manage timelines, and own the DearNeighbour programme to connect members with the wider neighbourhood.

You're hands-on, organised and enjoy turning ideas into well-produced experiences, with 1-3 years in events/hospitality. Fluent English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of experience in events, community, hospitality, or a similar hands-on role.
• Strong sense of what’s trending and ability to translate into programmes and experiences.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and produce all event and partnership programmes for members from briefing to breakdown.
• Stakeholder management and coordinate with internal teams to ensure event elements run smoothly.
• Own and run the DearNeighbour programme and build connections with the wider neighbourhood around the hub.
• Maintain local partnerships with brands and organizations.
• Manage the programme calendar for NextGen community and translate formats.
• Collect member feedback during events and share insights with the team.
