YellowSquare Rome is seeking a Square Experiencer to join our international hostel team. You will balance duties between Reception and the Bar, delivering top-tier guest service in a fast-paced environment.

We value hospitality expertise, adaptability, and a passion for culture, offering a 6-month fixed-term contract with a full-time schedule, night and weekend shifts, and opportunities for future growth within the YellowSquare network.

Competenze

• Experience: 2/4 years of experience in similar roles (Reception, Bartending, or Barista).
• Multitasking & focus: manage high-pressure shifts calmly and professionally.
• Flexibility: full availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Hospitality DNA: genuine passion for people and customer service excellence.
• Linguistic Skills: high proficiency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.

YellowSquare Rome is looking for a Square Experiencer (Mixité position). We aren’t just looking for energy; we are looking for expertise. You will be a cornerstone of the guest experience, expertly juggling roles between the Reception and the Bar based on the hostel's operational needs.

What you’ll be doing:

What we are looking for:

What we offer:

• Salary: Gross Annual Salary (RAL) of €23.7k to €27k.
• Initial Term: 6-month fixed-term contract (Full-time) with a flexible Mon-Sun schedule and a view toward long-term stability.
• Extra Compensation: Additional pay for night shifts, Sundays, and public holidays.
