YellowSquare Florence is seeking a Community & Events Coordinator to design and run weekly events, engage international guests, and promote activities across social channels. You will host nights, manage relationships with performers, and coordinate multiple departments to deliver memorable experiences.

The role calls for hands‑on energy, strong interpersonal skills, and fluency in Italian and English, with evenings/weekends expected. A young, international team and growth opportunities await.

YellowSquare Florence is looking for a creative, dynamic Community & Events Coordinator with a strong aptitude for interpersonal relationships.

What you will do:

• Coordinate and plan weekly events and activities for YellowSquare Florence.
• Brainstorm new creative, social, and cultural activities for international guests.
• Manage the promotion of events on social media channels.

What you should have:

• Experience in organizing events, activities, or communities (even in hostels, clubs, festivals, associations, or similar environments).
• Having traveled or knowing the hostel world is a strong plus.
• You feel comfortable talking to people from all over the world.
• You have a hands‑on approach: you like organizing, but also being present during events and hosting the nights.
• You have energy, initiative, and don't wait for someone to tell you what to do.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English (other languages are a plus!).
• Familiarity with social media and digital tools.
• Team spirit, passion for hospitality, and an "out of the box" approach.
