Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences Italy at Arbatax Park Resort & Spa seeks an HR Manager to lead the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment through development to offboarding, in collaboration with resort leadership.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with Italian labour law, advise managers on HR topics, manage contracts and documentation, and drive HR initiatives to boost engagement and retention, leveraging Italian and English language skills; German is a plus.

Competenze

• Italian labour law knowledge is required.
• Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
• Several years of generalist HR experience, ideally in hospitality or international environment.
• German is an advantage but not required.

Mansioni

• Lead full employee lifecycle from recruiting to onboarding, development and offboarding.
• Advise and support managers on HR topics.
• Ensure professional HR processes and standards across the resort.
• Prepare and administer employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Italian labour law and internal policies.
• Drive recruiting activities with departments.
