Job summary

Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences Italy seeks a seasoned Hotel Manager to lead Borgo Cala Moresca in Arbatax, starting January 2027. You will oversee all departments, drive guest satisfaction, and elevate the resort's product and service standards.

The role focuses on operational excellence, financial performance, staff development, and collaboration with revenue teams to maximise occupancy in a leading resort destination. Accommodation provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in upscale or luxury hospitality.
• Strong background in resort operations.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• International hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the hotel across all departments.
• Develop Borgo's identity, product, and service standards.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and high-quality guest experiences.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with commercial and revenue teams to maximize occupancy and profitability.
• Act as the primary operational leader and representative of the property.
