Job summary

Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences Italy seeks a seasoned Hotel Manager to lead Borgo Cala Moresca in Arbatax, starting January 2027. You will oversee all departments, drive guest satisfaction, and elevate the resort's product and service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in upscale or luxury hospitality.
• Strong background in resort operations.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• International hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the hotel across all departments.
• Develop Borgo's identity, product, and service standards.

Hotel Manager Borgo Cala Moresca January2027

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead the operations of Borgo and support its continued development and positioning within the resort.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operational departments, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, driving financial performance, and building a strong service culture across the property. A key focus of this role will be the ongoing development and enhancement of the Borgo product, facilities, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient performance across all departments.
• Build up and further develop Borgo's identity, product offering, and service standards.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and consistently high-quality guest experiences.
• Drive operational excellence, productivity, and profitability.
• Manage departmental heads and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance.
• Monitor quality standards, compliance, health & safety, and brand requirements.
• Support recruitment, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Work closely with the commercial and revenue teams to maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities.
• Act as the primary operational leader and representative of the property.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a General Manager, Hotel Manager, or senior operational leader within upscale or luxury hospitality environments.
• Strong background in resort operations.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to improve service quality and operational performance.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
• International hospitality experience is preferred.
