SAN SONNEA in Luson, Italy, is seeking a committed HR Generalist (m/f/d) to professionally support employees and contribute to a wide range of HR processes, from recruiting and administration to employer branding and development. You will manage recruiting, onboarding, contracts, payroll support, training, staff accommodations, events, and collaboration with management.

Fluent German, Italian and English are essential; you bring empathy, strong communication, and organized, confidential handling

Qualificações

• Degree or professional qualification in HR or a comparable field.
• Initial HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong communication, discretion and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage recruiting process, onboarding and offboarding.
• Prepare contracts and HR documentation, maintain master data.
• Support payroll preparation and time tracking system.
• Organise training, staff events and accommodation.
• Collaborate with management on HR matters and employer branding.
