Elekta AB is seeking a field service engineer responsible for servicing Elekta products across the Europe area. The role is home-based with regional travel and requires initiative to complete tasks assigned by the Service Manager.

Responsibilities include maintenance, upgrades, installations, and remote support to customers. Travel may be extensive and location flexibility is essential for coverage across Europe.

Competenze

• A higher qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Competent with IT including Windows OS, Microsoft Office and networking.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capable of travelling extensively and on short notice within Region Europe.

Mansioni

• Servicing Elekta products within the area of responsibility.
• Perform planned maintenance and corrective maintenance independently.
• Installations, upgrades and customer support, including remote sessions.
• Collaborate with customers and colleagues to ensure high quality outcomes.
• Populate service systems and databases and manage documentation.
