Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Medical Device Service Technician to install, configure, test, and maintain medical devices at customer sites across Europe. The role includes on-site and remote support, staff training, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

The candidate should hold a technical degree in biomedical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics, be fluent in Italian with advanced English, and be willing to travel frequently across Europe, including Italy and Switzerland.

Competenze

Technical degree in biomedical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or related field.
Experience in medical device servicing is beneficial; service experience in other technical fields welcomed.
Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
Fluent in Italian; advanced English; other languages are a strong asset.

Mansioni

Install, configure, and test medical devices at customer sites.
Perform maintenance, installations, and upgrades on medical devices.
Diagnose technical issues and carry out repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users.
Document service activities, maintenance reports, and equipment status.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and internal procedures.
Train medical staff on proper operation and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support customer needs.
Travel frequently across Italy, Switzerland, and Europe.
