Descrizione del lavoro

Orbem is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to lead end-to-end diagnosis and resolution of complex service incidents at customer sites and in our labs. You will mentor junior engineers, guide installations, and adapt approaches to local site conditions.

Travel up to 70% (EU), a German relocation is provided, and fluency in English and Italian is required to support a growing European customer base.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience diagnosing complex electrical, mechanical, or automation issues.
• Experience as senior/primary troubleshooter on a team is a plus.
• Proven ability to mentor junior team members and develop SOPs.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end diagnosis and resolution of complex service incidents at customer sites and in labs.
• Act as primary escalation point for difficult repairs and as technical contact for partners on-site.
• Tailor maintenance approaches to local site conditions and document deviations.
