Accuray is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in the Veneto region (Italy), with a home-office setup and extensive travel across Western Europe. The role focuses on installation, remote and on-site diagnostics, and preventive maintenance of Accuray radiotherapy systems at hospitals and clinics.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical or electrical engineering background, 2 years of field service experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent by experience.
• 2 years’ hands-on Field Service experience in installation and troubleshooting of complex electronic equipment.
• Good hardware/software knowledge and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.

Mansioni

• Install, service and maintain Accuray products on site and remotely.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues on sophisticated robotic systems.
• Travel up to 50% for field service in the region and occasionally Western Europe.
• Provide after-hours support as needed and document activities in service systems.
• Train customer on-site personnel and coordinate with service teams.
