Job summary

BD, a global medical technology leader, is seeking a Solution Manager in Italy to ensure that designed solutions meet customer outcomes by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Technical and Clinical teams in hospital environments.

You will lead workflow discussions for BD medication management, develop technical offers, review tender documents, and help integrate data with visualization tools, all while supporting successful implementations.

Qualifications

Degree in Pharmacy/pharmacy IT, nurse or Clinical Engineer.
Strong background hospital workflows.
Experience in consulting roles, transformational projects, customer success and/or solution management is desirable.
Excellent customer interaction skills and experience closing large deals.

Responsibilities

Ensuring designed solutions meet the desired outcomes for customers.
Lead workflows discussion and optimisation for BD medication management solution.
Demonstrating Lean, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Lead consultative interactions, workshops and projects with customers.
Create the solution design and technical offer including drawings.
Review, analyse and create required technical documents for tenders.
Develop experience integrating database information with visualization tools.
Develop automated tools to simplify data capture and analysis.
Support implementation projects to ensure customer success.
