BD Rowa Italy is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end development cycle of orders, from handover with sales to EC Form completion. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires an engineering or architecture background, about 5 years in project management, and fluent Italian and English. Occasional travel may be needed as part of international projects.

Job Description

BD Rowa Italy Project Manager will manage the entire development cycle of the BD Rowa orders, starting from the handover with the sales force, contact with the customer, development of the project with the related stakeholders, handover with the service team, up to obtaining the EC Form.

• Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and develop contingency plans.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Report and elevate to management as needed, providing regular project status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations effectively.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned to improve future project management processes.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of BD Rowa's products and services to effectively guide project implementation.

· Ability to manage the life cycle of the order

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare, automation, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven working experience in project management, demonstrating successful delivery of complex projects.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies is a plus.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a significant advantage.
• Ability to travel domestically and occasionally internationally as required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D & 3D
• Excellent written and spoken English

Salary Range Information

€32,100.00 - €51,375.00 EUR Annual
