BIQ Health Solutions is seeking professionals to join our Professional Services team to implement cutting-edge clinical logistics and patient safety software in hospitals across Italy. You will engage with healthcare professionals, IT departments, and project managers through the full implementation lifecycle—from workflow analysis and configuration to user training, go-live support, and adoption.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
1–3 years' experience in software implementation or IT consulting.
Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
Professional English (written and spoken).
Willingness to travel extensively within Italy; driving licence is a plus.
Prior experience in healthcare/software implementation is a plus.

Mansioni

Analyse clinical and logistics workflows to define implementation requirements.
Support project planning, coordination, and requirements gathering/functional analysis.
Configure software to meet customer needs; execute functional testing and support UAT.
Coordinate with hospital IT teams, clinical/logistics staff, and internal project teams.
Prepare project documentation, run project meetings, and track action plans.
Deliver end-user training and on-site go-live support.
Monitor progress, flag risks, and support issue resolution.
Provide post-implementation support to drive adoption and customer satisfaction.
