BD Milano is seeking a healthcare solutions consultant to ensure designed solutions meet customer outcomes and lead workflow optimisations in hospital settings. You will create solution designs, perform tender documentation, and support data integration and visualization efforts.

Ideal candidates have Pharmacy/Pharmacy IT or Clinical Engineering background, strong customer interaction and analytical skills, English and Italian proficiency, and willingness to travel up to 50% to support customer

Competenze

• Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacy IT, nursing or Clinical Engineering.
• Strong hospital workflow background.
• Experience in consulting roles, transformational projects, customer success and/or solution management is desirable.
• Excellent customer interaction skills and ability to close complex opportunities.
• English and Italian proficiency.

Mansioni

• Ensure that all designed solutions meet the desired outcomes for customers.
• Lead workflow discussions and optimisation for BD medication management solution with Lean, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Lead consultative interactions, workshops and projects resulting in long-term partnerships with customers, including multiple MMS product solutions.
• Create the solution design and technical offer including drawings of the solution design.
• Review, analyse and create required technical documentation for public tenders.
• Develop experience integrating database information with visualization tools.
• Develop ability to create automated tools to simplify data capture and analysis.
• Support implementation projects to ensure customer success.
