Job summary

Alpitronic is seeking a field service technician to perform complex troubleshooting, upgrades and commissioning across our global locations. You will provide on-site support for special customer cases, pilot installations and escalated issues.

You will support international service teams with targeted interventions and share expertise, while delivering remote technical guidance to Field Technicians via phone, video calls and digital tools.

Qualifications

• Vocational training or technical college in electrical engineering, electronics or mechatronics.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting; service experience is a plus.
• Familiar with electrical service standards and safety regulations.
• Customer-focused with good communication; structured and independent work style.
• Valid driving license class B and willingness to travel.
• English proficiency; additional languages is an advantage.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform complex troubleshooting, upgrades and commissioning tasks across global locations

• Deliver remote technical guidance to our Field Service Technicians via phone, video call and digital tools


• Contribute to internal training programs and help shape hands-on learning experiences for new Technicians


• Collaborate on strategic projects, including prototype testing, product enhancements and process optimization

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Completed vocational training or technical college in electrical engineering, electronics or mechatronics


• Solid knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting; prior service experience is a plus


• Familiar with electrical service standards and safety regulations


• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills as well as a structured and independent work style


• Valid driving license for class B vehicles


• Willingness to travel


• Excellent English languages skills, other language skills are an advantage
