Experimental Roma will open in October 2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off Via Veneto, and seeks energetic hospitality professionals to join the opening team. You will deliver dishes from the kitchen to the dining area, liaise between chef de rang and kitchen, and prepare and deliver room service trays to guest rooms.

You’ll help maintain clean, organized work areas and support smooth kitchen-dining communication while ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Delivering dishes from the kitchen to the dining area and acting as the liaison between the chef de rang and the kitchen.
• Setting up trays, sideboards, and room service trays before service.
• Preparing and delivering room service trays to guest rooms.
• Performing end-of-service tasks: cleaning, organizing, and preparing for the next service.
• Ensuring all work areas are maintained in optimal condition (cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality).
• Contributing to smooth communication between the kitchen and the dining area by responding quickly to the needs of both teams.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction through prompt service and professional conduct in the dining room.
