ADP is seeking a Learning Delivery Leader in Italy to guide a team delivering self-paced, virtual instructor-led, and live workshops. You will drive sales process mastery and tech proficiency while partnering with Sales Learning, Analytics, Marketing, and global units to ensure modern seller experiences for associates.

This role requires collaboration across leadership and stakeholder groups to design innovative delivery methods, monitor performance, and align with ADP's strategic learning goals.

Competenze

• Fluent English language skills.
• Experience leading teams in learning delivery or similar functions.
• Knowledge of sales learning and enablement is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage and support ESI training classes.
• Recruits, selects and manages the Learning Delivery team.
• Assigns roles, responsibilities and projects; conducts performance appraisals and compensation decisions.
• Provides coaching and mentoring and supports continuous learning and staff development.
• Forecasts team travel expenses and participates in annual budgets.
• Contributes to long-range strategic planning for the department and Global Sales Learning.
• Develops and implements plans to execute department goals and cross-functional strategies.
• Builds relationships with ADP leadership and HR partners.
• Engages with external groups to bring outside-in perspectives.
• Ensures high-quality, cost-effective output and measurable impact.
